What’s your return policy?
We hope you love your Pulpveda products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Pulpveda does not accept returns if the product packaging has been tampered, opened or if the products have been used. If, however, the packaging is still intact and in the same condition as it was when the customer has received the product, customer may contact us for a return. We accept returns on items purchased from www.pulpveda.com within 30 days purchase.
If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Please note, all gift cards and select merchandise purchased on pulpveda.com are final sale. Therefore, Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Replacement
In case the customer has received damaged/defective/wrong product
To replace any items, please inform at our Customer Care Number or by email at info@pulpveda.com
How do I place a return or exchange?
To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team with your order number and specify which products you wish to return. You ’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Note: Once the shipment gets delivered to the customer & they asked for replacement for unwanted, uninterested or wrongly placed products, in these cases so we will not proceed with the replacements
- Note: In Case, The Customer has received Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product; they need to send product photo to info@pulpveda.com

Shipping Charges
In case of “Damaged/Defective/wrong product received”: the shipping will be beard from our end. Note: The package will be picked up in 2-5 business days from customer’s end.
After the pickup. We can re-dispatch the product ( it will take 5-6 business days for delivery0 or can make the refund only
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).
Mode of Refund?
Paid Through Debit / Credit Card or Net Banking - Customer will receive a full refund to credit or debit card or net banking for the purchase price of the item after approval of damaged/ defective /wrong product, the refund will be reflected to the account/card/wallet in 4-10 working days.
Paid through COD – The Refund will be made through NEFT directly to customer’s bank account. For that customer need to provide their bank details which include the following information:
- Name of Account Holder
- Bank Name
- Bank Account Number
- Branch
- IFSC Code
- Contact Number

Cancellations
Please note that you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order or before it’s dispatched from our end, whichever is earlier.
Note: once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances & also customer cannot claim for the refund
